What you will do

• Provide legal advice and counsel on regulatory matters, including investigations and enforcement actions.
• Assist with civil litigation, especially where issues dovetail with regulatory scrutiny.
• Assist with discovery and requests for information from regulators and courts.
• Manage dispute resolution for inbound demands, complaints, or regulatory actions.
• Oversee and choose outside counsel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, assess risk, and develop legal strategies.

Requirements

• Have at least 10+ years of combined regulatory investigations and/or litigation experience at technology companies and law firms.
• Have a strong sense of ownership, are inquisitive and enthusiastic about technology, and can demonstrate sound judgment.
• Have a JD and license or qualification to practice in CA.
