Senior Product Manager (Consumer Growth Incentives)

Location: Hybrid with in-person participation required throughout the year in the United States

Salary: $180,370–$212,200 USD annually

What you will do

• Support strategy and roadmap for new user experience, lifecycle, multi-product discovery, and incentives to drive activation.
• Analyze activation funnels and propose experiment-backed solutions to reduce drop-offs.
• Write clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering and design to improve user flows.
• Run and interpret A/B tests across the first 30 days of user lifecycle in partnership with data teams.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to ensure cohesive and reliable activation experiences across platforms.
• Contribute to operational excellence and on-call support for activation-related services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or related experience in consumer products
• Experience with user funnels, data analysis, and experimentation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Interest in crypto and financial products
• Ability to work hybrid with required in-person participation in the US

Nice to have

• Experience in growth, activation, onboarding, or lifecycle roles
• Familiarity with experimentation and lifecycle tooling
• Experience with incentives, referrals, or gamification programs
• Hands-on crypto user experience
