What you will do

• Create compelling pre-sales content, value propositions, and executive narratives.
• Develop integrated experience strategies blending business, technology, and user needs, advocating a customer-first approach.
• Design and deliver strategic deliverables such as experience maps, user journeys, and service blueprints.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops and innovation sessions for brainstorming and use case development.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, concept evaluations, and competitive analyses.
• Apply a deep understanding of human psychology to influence desirability, adoption, and culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a progressive, CX strategy-focused consulting role, with preferred blend of sales and delivery experience.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in service design, strategic design, innovation strategy, or business administration.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as business requires.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
