What you will do

• Help define and ship end-to-end Copilot user experiences on hirify.global.com, focusing on making AI-powered development frictionless, powerful, and accessible.
• Build and drive the product strategy for Copilot UX, partnering closely with the SVP of Product and the design and engineering teams.
• Engage deeply with customers and the developer community—listen, learn, and turn insights into differentiated product experiences.
• Analyze usage data and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Define clear, measurable success criteria at product inception; track and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management, software development, product design, or related field.
• Experience leading user experience or product design for developer tools or technical products.
• Experience engaging with customers and presenting to executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet with users, partners, and teams as needed.
