Salary: USD $188,000 – $331,200 per year (New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do
- Drive building world-class AI applications that will delight consumers and deliver business results.
- Own the development and optimization of personalization strategies for monetization, focusing on improving user targeting, engagement, and experience.
- Define principles for personalized experiences and manage the full product lifecycle from development to launch and iterative improvements.
- Translate business goals into strategy, user experience, and technical requirements in close collaboration with Applied Science, Data Science, Engineering, UX, and Product Marketing/Sales teams.
- Define goals and performance indicators, set up and oversee experiments, and measure success with data and research.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- 2+ years experience leading cross-functional product teams across advertising, privacy, search, conversational AI, or generative AI.
- 5+ years experience delivering products that include full Search and/or Advertising technology stack.
- 5+ years experience with data analytics and experimentation tools with working knowledge of SQL and coding skills (Python, Javascript).
- 7+ years of experience building Ads products.
- 5+ years of experience in monetization products and B2B.
