What you will do

• Define and execute the user experience vision for AI-driven software creation.
• Conduct deep user research to understand developer pain points and workflow needs.

• Own user journey optimization from onboarding through advanced AI-assisted development.
• Drive product strategy based on user feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Partner with design teams to create compelling AI interaction patterns and interfaces.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of building exceptional user experiences.
• Strong product sense and intuition for what makes great developer tools and experiences.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product strategy.
• Deep intuition about AI trends and products, particularly in automation and natural language interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
