Senior Finance Analyst (Fintech): Supports Corporate Strategic Finance and the Business Team with an accent on owning end-to-end financial deliverables, including operating expense and revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting. Focus on driving high-impact strategic and special projects, including Board-level deliverables, earnings preparation, and analytical support for strategic initiatives.

Location: In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.

Salary: $148,835—$175,100 USD + target bonus + target equity + benefits

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and own long-range financial models across hirify.global’s consolidated business and individual revenue streams.
• Build and maintain competitive dashboards; synthesize insights from earnings calls, disclosures, and industry news.
• Build strong working relationships with leaders across the Business and Finance organizations.
• Own forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional financial projects to model strategic initiatives and support critical business decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, FP&A, or a related role, with an exceptionally strong financial modeling skillset.
• A strong interest in operational efficiency and a demonstrated ability to leverage data—and increasingly AI—to understand and influence business performance.
• Own projects end-to-end, from identifying problems and evaluating alternatives to delivering clear, actionable recommendations and driving solutions forward.
• A trusted teammate who builds strong relationships and executes effectively across teams.
• Operates with optimism, accountability, and a bias toward impact, aligning day-to-day work with hirify.global’s broader mission and long-term goals.
