What you will do

• Lead the Treasury function for the Bank, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations.
• Actively participate in daily liquidity management, cash positioning, funding execution, and investment portfolio activities.
• Maintain and evolve Asset-Liability Management (ALM) frameworks, including interest rate risk, liquidity risk, capital planning, and stress testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Risk, Compliance, Tax, Legal, Technology, Payments, and Product teams to support growth initiatives and operational improvements.
• Manage external relationships with banks, custodians, payment providers, and other financial counterparties.
• Build, mentor, and develop the treasury team by setting clear priorities and coaching through complex work.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, or banking, with demonstrated leadership responsibility; experience within an FDIC-insured institution strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA strongly preferred.
• Deep, practical experience across core treasury disciplines, including liquidity management, ALM, funding, investments, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven experience supporting and presenting to governance committees such as ALCO.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and risk concepts for executives, regulators, and non-treasury partners.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in fintech innovation, including real-time payments, digital assets, stablecoins, or the application of advanced analytics and AI in treasury or risk management, preferred.
