What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle for OWC’s products, from early concept through launch and ongoing management across multiple categories.
- Work directly with the SVP of Product on strategy, roadmap planning, and long-term vision.
- Define product requirements based on customer feedback, research, and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sourcing, and operations to define product features, cost targets, and timelines.
- Utilize a gate-based development process to ensure clear checkpoints, team alignment, and timely stakeholder reviews.
- Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, and monitor product performance post-launch.
Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer hardware, peripherals, or related fields.
- Proven track record managing products from concept to launch in a structured development process.
- Strong communication skills to lead cross-functional work and write clear product requirements.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to build business cases and prioritize smartly.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities within product teams.
- Passion for building tools and solutions that support a diverse range of users and professionals.
