Salary: $152,400–$225,550 per annum

What you will do

• Own internal coordination and prioritization for the Custom Cloud Solutions Business Unit.
• Define and maintain an IP roadmap by working with stakeholders across hirify.global.
• Represent the CCS BU in roadmap definition and change control discussions.
• Define technical and schedule requirements and monitor execution to commitments.
• Drive customer-critical deliverables as the "BU Champion" within hirify.global.
• Partner with Architecture and Development organizations to deliver optimal customer solutions and resolve conflicts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• 15 years of professional experience in the semiconductor or related industries.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with customer and executive communication.
• Strong collaborative mindset and willingness to tackle problems.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law.

Nice to have

• Strong technical background in the semiconductor industry.
• 5+ years experience in semiconductor IP development.
• Team leadership or previous management experience.
