What you will do

• Define and drive Cards Networks strategy and execution in North America and LATAM.
• Own products and infrastructure for global and local card networks processing.
• Collaborate with GTM and Partnership teams to expand card coverage.
• Engage with merchants to understand their processing experience and identify improvements.
• Partner with Engineering to develop the cards network capabilities roadmap.
• Work with Finance to understand costs and drive improvements in processing capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant product experience.
• Strong business acumen to identify improvements and build product solutions.
• Experience facing customers or third-party collaborators.
• Operational savvy, capable of designing and driving cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, digging deep into data and thinking from first principles.
• Crisp and effective written and verbal communication, including with external partners.
• Results-oriented approach to executing complex projects.

Nice to have

• Experience in Payments, Card Networks, or Banking partnerships.
• Experience with SQL or aptitude to learn.
• Experience in external-facing roles and business negotiations.
