What you will do

• Define next-generation product lines and drive competitive product roadmaps for NSX cloud/AI switching.
• Define all aspects of NSX Cloud & AI switching product lines, from features to system implementation requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO office, hardware and software engineering, systems and platform, and sales teams.
• Partner with silicon architecture, execution, platform architects, and system engineering teams, as well as external ODM/OEM partners.
• Build market and cost structure analysis and maintain an accurate view of the competitive landscape.
• Define positioning to enable communication of product value proposition for different markets and use cases.

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related) required, MSEE and/or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant semiconductor experience with a solid understanding of Ethernet switching technologies and dynamics.
• Experience in silicon engineering and defining complex silicon SoC.
• Deep understanding of Cloud/AI switching architectures and high-speed protocols (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, UEC, UALink).
• Solid understanding of silicon & software engineering along with overall dependency on product execution and management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate new technical concepts clearly.
