TL;DR
Director of Product Management (AI): Leading the strategic vision and development of core product pillars (booking, payments, team management) for an AI-first platform, with an accent on leveraging AI and emerging technologies to build intelligent and scalable systems. Focus on defining product strategy, overseeing high-impact features, and coaching a team of product managers.
Location: New York, NY. We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Salary: $270,000–$310,000 + target equity + benefits.

What you will do
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for core products including booking, payments, team management, and business scalability systems.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to build smarter, more intuitive core experiences that reduce friction and unlock new possibilities for users.
- Champion user needs, using both qualitative and quantitative data to make quick, high-quality product decisions.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, creative problem-solving, and continuous learning.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make thoughtful business decisions to optimize product performance.
- Lead cross-functional product initiatives with other areas of the business including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product-related roles; at least 4 years of people management experience with proven experience building, developing, and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strong ownership mindset, taking full accountability for outcomes and driving strategy forward.
- Strategic problem solver who thinks beyond conventional solutions and encourages innovative approaches.
- Curious and AI-forward, actively exploring how to leverage AI and emerging technologies to transform core product experiences.
- Impact-oriented with executional rigor, focusing the team on delivering meaningful business outcomes tied to core revenue and strategic company metrics.
- Strong analytical and business acumen, combining deep quantitative and qualitative analysis with strategic thinking to drive business decisions.
- Technical fluency with the ability to comfortably discuss technical concepts and trade-offs with engineering counterparts.
- Executive presence and influence, partnering closely and building trust with executive leadership and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
