What you will do

• Lead complex transformation initiatives across their full lifecycle, from design to optimization.
• Partner cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Security Services, and Product Management for seamless program execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, success metrics, and deliverables.
• Create, refine, and deliver program transformation proposals, including outcomes and best practices.
• Design and architect innovative solutions tailored to meet transformation initiatives.
• Ensure transformation initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and organizational security policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, customer success, security architecture, or related fields.
• Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives within large-scale organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level information technology systems, security risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in solution architecture, IT security, and risk management frameworks.
• Familiarity with technologies such as databases, networking, systems administration, and application development.
• Must have existing work authorization in the United States.

Nice to have

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or ITIL Foundation certifications.
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect certifications.
• Multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
