What you will do
- Own and evolve the roadmap planning program across Product and Engineering.
- Lead annual and quarterly roadmap planning cycles and ensure timely updates for stakeholders.
- Partner with Product and Group Leads across product and infrastructure teams to align priorities and dependencies.
- Maintain and improve planning tools such as Monday.com and Jira to support accessible roadmap visibility.
- Drive process improvements for bi-weekly updates and clear communication around prioritization.
- Define and report roadmap planning metrics, identifying opportunities to integrate planning and execution tools.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Program Management or Product Operations supporting software product teams.
- Experience leading or supporting annual and quarterly roadmap planning.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to create repeatable planning processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Jira, agile practices, and compliance-driven environments.
