Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the roadmap planning program across Product and Engineering.
• Lead annual and quarterly roadmap planning cycles and ensure timely updates for stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and Group Leads across product and infrastructure teams to align priorities and dependencies.
• Maintain and improve planning tools such as Monday.com and Jira to support accessible roadmap visibility.
• Drive process improvements for bi-weekly updates and clear communication around prioritization.
• Define and report roadmap planning metrics, identifying opportunities to integrate planning and execution tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Program Management or Product Operations supporting software product teams.
• Experience leading or supporting annual and quarterly roadmap planning.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to create repeatable planning processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Jira, agile practices, and compliance-driven environments.
