Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a sales leadership role with a demonstrable history of getting the best out of your team.
- Experience managing and motivating high activity within a team of field-based salespeople.
- A data-driven, analytical mindset with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with a track record of taking ownership of projects and solving business challenges.
