Location: On-site in London, UK

Salary: Uncapped commission on top of basic salary.

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales professionals to exceed sales goals.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and training.
  • Take ownership of inbound leads, converting prospects into long-term customers.
  • Forge strong relationships with new customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive high-volume sales, guiding clients through the sales process.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance workflows and improve client experiences.

Requirements

  • Extensive inside sales experience within a fast-paced organisation.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams, including carrying own quota.
  • Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
  • A competitive spirit, strong resilience, and a genuine desire to see your team succeed.
  • Ability to maintain consistent, intensive phone activity to reach daily call targets.
