What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales professionals to exceed sales goals.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and training.
- Take ownership of inbound leads, converting prospects into long-term customers.
- Forge strong relationships with new customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive high-volume sales, guiding clients through the sales process.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance workflows and improve client experiences.
Requirements
- Extensive inside sales experience within a fast-paced organisation.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams, including carrying own quota.
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
- A competitive spirit, strong resilience, and a genuine desire to see your team succeed.
- Ability to maintain consistent, intensive phone activity to reach daily call targets.
