What you will do

  • Build and execute a global customer marketing strategy focused on retention, advocacy, and upsell.
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities, creating targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the CXG team to design and maintain customer- and employee-facing education materials.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing customer communications, including newsletters and product updates.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to turn success stories into marketing assets.
  • Launch customer advocacy programs and measure their impact on engagement, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Customer or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or HRTech.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and NRR growth levers.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
  • Experience running email campaigns, customer newsletters, and advocacy programs.
  • Analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
  • Must be able to work remotely from Spain, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Hungary, Portugal, South Africa, United Kingdom, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, or West Virginia.
