Location: This role is based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in Roma Norte (2–3 days/week).

What you will do

• Own global product storytelling, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new products and features.
• Lead creation of product newsletters, announcements, use cases, decks, and sales enablement materials.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure clear value propositions and consistent messaging.
• Build product playbooks by industry and region and own product updates on the website.
• Translate technical features into clear business benefits.
• Adapt global storytelling to local markets and support local launches, events, and PR.

Requirements

• Possess a mix of strategist, storyteller, marketer, and mini-PM capabilities with strong narrative and positioning skills.
• Proven experience owning and executing end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
• Highly skilled in partnering with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Previous experience in B2B FinTech or a similarly complex, high-growth, or technical industry.
• Professional working proficiency in both English and either Spanish OR Portuguese.
• Must be based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and work in a hybrid format (2–3 days/week in office).
