What you will do
- Lead an Omnichannel team of account managers, fostering collaboration and analytical excellence.
- Serve as the main liaison for key Marketplace demand partners, driving data-driven decision-making for performance and optimization.
- Lead strategic client-facing calls and QBRs to align on goals and identify upsell opportunities.
- Develop tailored solutions and provide strategic execution coaching to the team.
- Partner with Business Development to develop and execute demand pipeline strategies and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement new processes and workflows for Account Management efficiency and team development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Product, Supply) to ensure excellent partner service.
- Become a deep subject-matter expert on the hirify.global product suite and platform, guiding clients to leverage solutions for maximum impact.
- Stay at the forefront of the programmatic ecosystem by staying current with new ad tech developments and understanding how emerging trends can unlock opportunities for clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven account management experience, preferably in programmatic advertising, digital media, or a related field, in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including ad exchanges, DSPs, and programmatic business models.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, a team player with strong communication skills to lead client-facing meetings and influence effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data insights to drive strategy and improve performance.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
