Senior Product Manager (EdTech & AI)

Location: Serbia; remote work is available in locations without company offices, while locations with offices follow a hybrid schedule of 2 days in-office and 3 days remote.

What you will do

• Define and drive multi-year, outcome-based product roadmaps aligned with business goals and North Star metrics.
• Lead market research on emerging AI and EdTech trends.
• Own international pricing, monetization models, and analysis of price floors, ceilings, and LTV.
• Apply scientific discovery methods and performance data to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams on strategy, prioritization, and trade-offs.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product managers while maintaining high-quality PRD standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in software development, SaaS, EdTech, or AI-driven products.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical or scientific field.
• Experience with complex data analysis, scientific research methodologies, prioritization frameworks such as RICE or WSJF, and outcome-driven roadmaps.
• Strong PRD-writing skills and experience managing sprints in an agile environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders and mentoring product managers.
• Fluent English required, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Business education such as an MBA or BBA, or an advanced product strategy program.
• Experience building and scaling AI/ML-powered products.
• Scientific or academic background, or experience with research-focused software.
• Experience managing products with millions of users across multiple geographical regions.
