What you will do

• Produce social-first creative end to end across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with opportunities to support performance-led TV creative.
• Lead and manage shoots, keeping production lightweight, efficient, and optimised for speed, volume, and performance.
• Source, brief, and collaborate with creators, KOLs, and Juniper patients to produce authentic, social-native content.
• Own creative production budgets for your projects, including forecasting, tracking spend, and reporting on cost per asset.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining a high bar for creative quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in social, content, creative production, or performance-focused roles.
• Experience producing content for paid social environments.
• Strong understanding of UK audiences and social platforms.
• Confident using tools such as Figma, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
