Location: Hybrid setup with 3 days a week in the London office (Old Street)

What you will do

  • Produce social-first creative end-to-end, from ideation through to final execution for paid channels.
  • Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, and copywriters to translate growth strategy into high-performing content.
  • Manage lightweight, efficient shoots optimized for speed and performance.
  • Source and manage partnerships with creators, KOLs, and patients to build authentic, native content.
  • Monitor performance insights and platform trends to inform creative testing and budget optimization.
  • Build and refine workflows for fast, repeatable creative production.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in social, content, or creative production roles.
  • Demonstrable experience producing content specifically for paid social environments.
  • Deep understanding of UK audiences and social platform trends.
  • Proficiency with creative tools such as Figma, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative production environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
