What you will do

• Produce individual items, series, or entire programmes from concept to broadcast.
• Output live programmes with editorial support.
• Generate and pitch original ideas for radio and digital platforms.
• Create engaging digital content for social media and hirify.global Sounds.
• Collaborate with presenters, editors, and contributors for high-quality output.
• React swiftly to breaking news and topical events.

Requirements

• Strong journalistic skills to write clearly and simplify complex topics.
• Sound editorial judgement and decision-making under live broadcast pressure.
• Experience in live radio or studio environment, familiarity with hirify.global editorial guidelines and production systems.
• Proven experience producing radio, social, and digital content that broadens reach.
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
