What you will do

• Design ServiceNow solutions aligned with client IT strategy and business requirements.
• Evaluate emerging ServiceNow technologies and define platform roadmaps.
• Manage solution design for complex projects, ensuring best practices and quality.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the ServiceNow development team.
• Mentor team members in implementation methodology and solution design.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, particularly with Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and business processes.
• Experience leading solution development in ServiceNow environments (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM).
• Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, AngularJS) and Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Web Services).
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and methodologies.

Nice to have

• CTA/CMA or ITIL Foundation certified.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator or Application Developer.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Understanding of Cybersecurity practices.
