What you will do

• Deliver customer-focused design solutions in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Design for complex user experiences across the payment lifecycle, tailored to merchants and customers.
• Apply visual and interaction design principles, utilizing existing patterns and refining craft through feedback.
• Build understanding of product, customers, and teams, learning the impact of design decisions.
• Use and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the existing design system.
• Identify risks, clarify requirements, and seek guidance from the team and documentation.
• Support task planning, prioritization, and communicate progress to cross-functional partners.
• Experiment with AI and generative tools for prototyping, iteration, and concept visualization.

Requirements

• A recent or upcoming graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant design discipline.
• Foundational experience in product, UX, or interaction design (coursework, internships, or personal projects).
• Solid baseline in visual and interaction design with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic product thinking, user needs, and iterating on solutions.
• Comfortable designing for digital products (web and/or mobile) and collaborating with Product and Engineering.
• A portfolio featuring 1–2 product design focused projects is required.
