Location: Onsite in Sheffield, UK (33-week placement from Sept. 10, 2026 - May 10, 2027).

Salary: £16/hr (40 hours a week)

hirify.global is a fast-growing startup developing a multi-app SaaS platform that helps organizations understand and act on software usage insights.

What you will do

• Use hirify.global as a customer and analyst to identify opportunities within existing experiences.
• Explore and prototype product improvements using traditional design tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Validate design ideas through feedback from design partners and user testing.
• Contribute future-facing concepts to help the team imagine what's next for the product.

Requirements

• Current university student pursuing a degree in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a similar related field.
• Experience using Figma for layouts and interactive prototypes.
• Comfort exploring ideas visually and iteratively.
• Willingness to ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously learn.

Nice to have

• Exposure to usability testing or user research.
• Familiarity with design systems.
• Interest in AI tools for design and prototyping.
• Awareness of design principles for B2B/B2C Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.
