What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance across hirify.global’s HCM platform for complex, cross-platform use cases.
- Design scalable, end-to-end solutions connecting multiple modules, advising on best practices for setup, scaling, and adoption.
- Lead strategic customer conversations, translating business needs into practical, value-driven solutions for ongoing optimization.
- Partner with Product and R&D to amplify the Voice of the Customer, turning insights into actionable product feedback.
- Build scalable frameworks and enablement programs to drive consistent delivery and enhance customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solution Architect or Technical Consultant, preferably within HR Tech or SaaS.
- Strong HR domain knowledge with a practical understanding of core HR business processes.
- Mandatory experience working with HR systems in a SaaS environment, designing scalable solutions.
- Customer-centric problem solver, translating customer challenges into scalable, end-to-end solutions.
- Cross-functional collaborator, effectively partnering with Product, Customer Success, and Enablement teams.
- Strategic and proactive mindset, aligning solution design with long-term platform resilience and product direction.

- Deep understanding of the hirify.global ecosystem.
- Familiarity with common HRIS systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
- Knowledge or practical experience with AI technologies in business or HR contexts.
