Solution Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals within the sales cycle.
• Participate in discovery calls and technical deep dives.
• Create and deliver powerful presentations and customized product demonstrations.
• Design and recommend solutions that meet customer needs and highlight hirify.global Cognigy's value.
• Discover and analyze customer requirements to address pain points with hirify.global Cognigy.
• Provide technical support to the sales team, answering questions and providing product information.

Requirements

• Leverage experience in consulting, sales engineering, or presales roles.
• Proficiency in enterprise software, particularly contact center or automation technologies.
• Strong programming/scripting experience in JavaScript (Java, Python a plus).
• Experience presenting conversational AI and generative AI technologies.
• Understanding of contact center technology (SIP, SBCs, ACD, ASR, TTS, conversation/IVR/chatbot design).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
