What you will do
- Act as the lead solution architect on major bids, taking ownership of end-to-end technical design.
- Apply deep specialist expertise to advise on complex, high-impact solutions across 5G, IoT, Edge, AI, and XR technologies.
- Serve as a trusted technical point of contact for internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership and sign off medium-scale, high-profile technical changes.
- Drive sales pipeline with solution sales specialists using technology insight.
- Develop, deliver, and evolve innovative solutions integrating 5G private networks with AI, IoT, and immersive (XR) technologies.
- Collaborate across business units and with external partners to shape best-in-class solutions.
Requirements
- Background in technical, network, or IT service environments, ideally spanning multiple domains.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to stay ahead of emerging technology trends and translate them into business solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation capabilities.
- Commercial awareness related to sales cycles, pipeline development, and value creation.
- A solution-focused mindset and the ability to make sound decisions in high-risk, high-impact environments.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
