What you will do

• Partner with biotechnology organizations to assess their IT landscape, understand strategic objectives, and architect mission-critical solutions.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from discovery through successful go-live and adoption.
• Provide ongoing strategic guidance, best practice education, and product engagement recommendations to maximize customer value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Coordinate complex, global enterprise deployments with Professional Services, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Support Sales and Marketing in technical deal strategy and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of combined experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry roles and scientific software implementation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Information Management, or related field.
• Proven track record leading global implementation teams in enterprise solution design and deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to empathize with scientists and rapidly comprehend complex scientific concepts and workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills across verbal, written, and presentation formats, coupled with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 30% based on project requirements.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of client-facing software implementation and/or consulting experience, with demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale SaaS projects.
• Hands-on experience implementing scientific/informatics platforms such as LIMS, ELN, MES, LES, and analytical tools including JMP, Spotfire, or Tableau.
