What you will do

• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Shoot content using lightweight cameras like smartphones, DJI Osmo, and DSLR.
• Work closely with creative and production teams to bring ideas to life.
• Adapt content for various social media channels, understanding platform nuances.
• Organize footage, hard drives, and project files according to internal systems.
• Perform basic sound and colour corrections and occasionally self-shoot/edit smaller projects.

Requirements

• Experience in ideation, creative development, and translating ideas to production via scripting and storyboards.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Confidence shooting on mobile devices, DSLR, and small-format cameras.
• Strong understanding of editing principles and storytelling for short-form content.
• Familiarity with social media content formats and trends.
• Experience working in a creative environment (agency, production/post house, freelance).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks.
• Must be based in London, UK, or able to travel for weekly on-location shooting.
• Portfolio link required when applying.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of After Effects or other Adobe software.
• Interest in AI video production.
• Experience operating higher-end cameras (e.g., Sony FX3 / FX6).
• Understanding of on-set workflows, media management, and content delivery.
