What you will do
- Act as primary client contact, building trust through in-person meetings, presentations, and workshops.
- Develop and implement strategic content plans and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer goals.
- Present new product innovations and updates, showcasing solutions that improve client success.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams across multiple functions.
- Monitor client engagement, track performance, and provide actionable insights for customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
- 3+ years demonstrated ability in account management, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence collaborators across various levels.
- Proven ability to develop strategic business plans and drive customer engagement.
- Strong analytical approach, capable of interpreting data and identifying business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking engagements.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the lottery industry.
- Knowledge of PM methodologies and tools (Jira).
- Interest in working with distributed teams across multiple cultures and time zones.
