What you will do

  • Act as primary client contact, building trust through in-person meetings, presentations, and workshops.
  • Develop and implement strategic content plans and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer goals.
  • Present new product innovations and updates, showcasing solutions that improve client success.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across multiple functions.
  • Monitor client engagement, track performance, and provide actionable insights for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
  • 3+ years demonstrated ability in account management, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence collaborators across various levels.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic business plans and drive customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical approach, capable of interpreting data and identifying business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking engagements.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the lottery industry.
  • Knowledge of PM methodologies and tools (Jira).
  • Interest in working with distributed teams across multiple cultures and time zones.
