What you will do

• Identify games and sign deals to engage players and deliver commercial success for hirify.global Plus.
• Drive strategic account relationships to secure major, diverse content for all PS Plus tiers.
• Maintain a strong network of internal stakeholders to align content strategies and support initiatives.
• Apply customer, commercial, and publisher insights to inform and refine content offers.
• Collaborate with third-party teams to build long-term business plans aligned with hirify.global strategy.
• Support a multi-million-dollar budget to maximize ROI and growth through content acquisition.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in content acquisition, commercial, and customer offers in gaming, apps, video, music, or subscription services.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and partners.
• Knowledge and experience of the digital gaming landscape, key players, and competitive offerings.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to break down complex data.
• Proven experience working in high-performing teams.
