What you will do

  • Own acquisition strategy and execution across new and existing channels.
  • Identify, test, launch, and scale new acquisition channels, including non-traditional ones like referrals and partnerships.
  • Design and run growth experimentation frameworks to drive consistent learning and measurable impact.
  • Build repeatable, scalable growth systems and structured referral/partnership programs.
  • Optimize the full funnel from traffic to revenue, moving core business metrics including CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, sales, engineering, and local teams to unlock growth levers.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in growth, performance marketing, or early-stage/startup environments.
  • Strong expertise in growth marketing and acquisition, with proven experience launching channels from zero to scale.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and growth experimentation frameworks.
  • Advanced in funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking key business metrics (CAC, LTV, CPL, SQLs, ROAS, retention).
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel), CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation tools, landing pages, and attribution frameworks.
