Focus on designing scalable, end-to-end solutions, advising on best practices for setup, scaling, and adoption, and shaping product direction based on customer insights.

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, Implementation Managers, and CSMs, providing expert guidance across hirify.global’s HCM platform.
  • Design scalable, end-to-end solutions that connect multiple modules, advising on best practices for setup, scaling, and data quality.
  • Lead strategic customer conversations, translating business needs into practical, value-driven solutions and guiding customers on ongoing optimization.
  • Partner closely with Product and R&D to amplify the Voice of the Customer and support new feature releases.
  • Build scalable frameworks, enablement programs, and best practices that drive consistent delivery and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or a senior HR Operations role.
  • Strong HR domain knowledge with practical understanding of core HR business processes.
  • Mandatory experience working with HR systems in a SaaS environment as a platform owner, implementer, consultant, or solution architect.
  • Customer-centric problem solver with a passion for understanding customer challenges and translating them into scalable solutions.
  • Cross-functional collaborator, able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic and proactive mindset, aligning solution design with long-term platform resilience and product direction.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of the hirify.global ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with common HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
  • Knowledge or practical experience with AI technologies and their application in HR contexts.
  • Experience influencing product direction or partnering closely with Product teams.
