What you will do

• Work with Sales Teams and prospects on the evaluation and adoption of hirify.global solutions.
• Understand and qualify customer goals with KPIs and effectively articulate hirify.global’s ability to meet them.
• Assist in the Sales process including discovery, demo, Proofs of Concept (POC), RFP responses & business justification.
• Develop custom search applications leveraging the tools, frameworks, and partners of the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Distill and advocate customer interests, needs and product feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Continuously learn and update skills in the Search and Discovery space, and contribute to thought leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom for remote work.
• 4+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), ideally in the SaaS space.
• Previous software development experience in Front End (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) or Back-End (Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Objective-C).
• Experience with data formats and data transformation.
• Great oral and written communication skills.
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and demands.

Nice to have

• A background in the search industry or e-commerce.
• Specific knowledge in frameworks like Magento, Shopify, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Familiarity with emerging concepts in agentic AI systems.
• Knowledge in Analytics and SEO.
