What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive business line revenue and profit growth.
• Build and qualify a robust 5-year pipeline aligned with regional leadership objectives.
• Identify technology gaps linked to customer mission requirements and secure funding for technology development.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams through expertise development and coaching.
• Report quarterly progress through OKRs and monthly management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10+ years in business development, capture management, sales, or program management.
• P&L leadership experience in technology, aerospace, or defense sectors.
• Influential leader capable of driving results through matrix organizations without direct authority.
• Active or eligible for NATO SECRET Security Clearance
