Business Line Leader - Mission Training & Advanced Capabilities (Aerospace & Defence)

What you will do

• Lead the global strategy and execution of the Mission Training & Advanced Capabilities business line, including virtual P&L performance.
• Translate divisional strategy into operational plans, order-intake targets, revenue and profit growth initiatives, and a five-year pipeline.
• Develop multi-domain mission training and readiness solutions spanning integrated air and missile defence, uncrewed and autonomous systems, counter-UAS systems, next-generation platforms, and the digital battlespace.
• Identify technology gaps, secure technology-development funding, and architect scalable solutions for secure, distributed synthetic training environments.
• Lead regional market-segment teams, go-to-market activities, OEM and industry partnerships, and Lead-to-Award governance.
• Build and mentor matrix teams, drive staffing decisions, report OKRs and management performance, and improve business-line results.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, business development, capture management, sales, program management, or a related field.
• Experience shaping and winning large strategic opportunities in complex OEM and governmental environments.
• Product or program P&L leadership experience in the technology, aerospace, or defence sectors.
• Experience with joint and integrated military operational readiness training and operations, including complex mission training environments and mission-readiness requirements.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to make sound decisions in competitive, fast-paced, and uncertain environments.
• Ability to lead, influence, and drive results through matrix organizations without direct authority; build trust, motivate teams, and support high performance.
• Success collaborating across technical, commercial, and other cross-functional teams, with strong oral and written communication skills for employees, customers, partners, and executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Active NATO SECRET Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain it.

• Knowledge of digital backbone architectures for secure, multi-domain, distributed synthetic training environments.
• Knowledge of integrated air and missile defence, uncrewed and autonomous systems, counter-UAS systems, next-generation platforms, and digital battlespace environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish clarity across complex stakeholder environments, and advance mission readiness through innovation and operational excellence.
