What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive revenue and profit growth.
• Identify technology gaps linked to customer mission requirements and secure funding for technology development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to architect comprehensive, scalable business solutions.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams through expertise development and coaching.
• Drive strategic staffing decisions for pipeline opportunities and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain virtual business line P&L accountability and drive continuous performance improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10+ years in business development, capture management, sales, or program management.
• Proven track record shaping and winning large strategic opportunities in complex OEM and governmental environments.
• P&L leadership experience in technology, aerospace, or defense sectors.
• Strong business acumen with ability to make sound decisions in competitive, fast-paced, uncertain environments.
• Active or eligible for NATO SECRET Security Clearance
