Location: Remote (Global), with flexible working hours and the option to work from anywhere in the world for up to 45 days per year.

What you will do

• Conduct deep stakeholder research to identify IAM needs and translate them into clear product priorities.
• Own the vision and roadmap for hirify.global's IAM platform, balancing security, usability, and scalability.
• Define and evolve core IAM primitives like identities, organizations, roles, and permissions for reuse across product lines.
• Drive implementation of enterprise-level features such as advanced access control, audit logging, and SSO/SAML integration.
• Champion IAM integration across all hirify.global products and services, acting as a product partner for internal teams.
• Define and use success metrics to guide adoption, iteration, and continuous improvement of the IAM platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of IAM fundamentals: identity models, roles and permissions, access policies, multi-tenant systems, and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder research and translate diverse needs into clear product priorities.
• Experience implementing enterprise security features, including access control, SSO, and audit trails.
• Experience working with APIs and system-level products, comfortable discussing flows and trade-offs with engineers.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product direction and shipped outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience building or owning security- or compliance-sensitive products (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Background in cloud, edge, networking, or security platforms.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in product development or working on AI-adjacent features.
• Experience with enterprise customer requirements and B2B compliance needs.
