Salary: £40,000–£45,000 plus commission, with an estimated OTE of £50,000–£55,000.

What you will do
- Own and grow relationships with Enterprise clients, ensuring solutions help them succeed, focusing on retention and satisfaction.
- Lead clients through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement for multi-award-winning software.
- Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities across the Street ecosystem.
- Take a proactive, consultative approach to client success, spotting risks and mitigating churn.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
- Use data and insight to guide strategic, outcome-focused discussions and support product adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing strategic, high-value client relationships in B2B SaaS, PropTech, or tech-first environments.
- Confident, engaging, and influential to senior stakeholders when leading QBRs and strategic reviews.
- Strong commercial acumen paired with a customer-first mindset.
- Data literate and confident using SaaS platforms, customer success tools, and CRM systems.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligible to live and work in the UK.
