TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (PropTech): Building strategic client relationships for a rapidly expanding PropTech product ecosystem, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and driving upsell/expansion. Focus on leading QBRs, leveraging data for strategic discussions, and influencing senior stakeholders to ensure long-term value.

Location: Manchester (Hybrid, up to 3 days WFH). Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 plus commission, with an estimated OTE of £50,000–£55,000.

What you will do

  • Own and grow relationships with Enterprise clients, ensuring solutions help them succeed, focusing on retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead clients through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement for multi-award-winning software.
  • Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities across the Street ecosystem.
  • Take a proactive, consultative approach to client success, spotting risks and mitigating churn.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Use data and insight to guide strategic, outcome-focused discussions and support product adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing strategic, high-value client relationships in B2B SaaS, PropTech, or tech-first environments.
  • Confident, engaging, and influential to senior stakeholders when leading QBRs and strategic reviews.
  • Strong commercial acumen paired with a customer-first mindset.
  • Data literate and confident using SaaS platforms, customer success tools, and CRM systems.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK.
