- Drive sales of CXM technology, focusing on Financial Services and Insurance sectors in Mexico.
- Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Presales and Professional Services teams for successful implementation.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage portfolio risks.
Requirements
- Experience selling CXM, SaaS, or related software solutions to senior executives in banking or insurance is essential.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in Spanish and English are required.
- Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative with a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
