What you will do

• Serve as a trusted Subject Matter Expert (SME) on industry standards, regulations, and trends.
• Provide expert guidance on financial crime strategy and advise on product enhancements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices and tailored recommendations.
• Partner with Sales and internal teams to deliver presentations, demos, and innovative ideas.
• Represent the company at industry events, lead user groups/roundtables, and champion knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in banking, compliance, and fraud prevention.
• Strong ability to uncover client challenges and build trusted relationships.
• Skilled at discussing technical issues and solutions with diverse audiences.
• Ability to interface confidently with all organizational levels, including C-suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
