TL;DR

Sales Executive (Fintech): Driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and supporting strategic sales initiatives with an accent on existing account management and new business identification across markets. Focus on closing deals, strengthening senior-level relationships, and analyzing market opportunities for business growth.

Location: This position is located in México City and offers a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in-office).

What you will do

  • Support Senior Sales Executives in closing deals to meet team and company revenue goals.
  • Manage and nurture existing accounts, strengthening relationships at senior and executive levels.
  • Identify and articulate new business opportunities across markets and industries.
  • Conduct and support regular customer status and strategy meetings.
  • Respond to escalated customer issues and help drive resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing/sales, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial function.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience analyzing market opportunities and supporting sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with working across global teams and cultures.
  • Additional certifications in business, sales, or related fields.
