What you will do

• Build and optimize production-ready workflows using automation tools like n8n or Zapier.
• Integrate APIs, handle OAuth flows, webhooks, and debug JSON parsing issues.
• Work with Git, understand CI/CD, and utilize Docker for deployments.
• Write SQL, create functional spreadsheets, and present data clearly.
• Act as a generalist, taking ownership of automation projects across various business domains (finance, legal, operations).
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to ensure adoption of built solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
• Strong understanding of APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and debugging.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Docker.
• Ability to write SQL and handle data in spreadsheets.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs in production, prompt engineering, and guardrails.
• Setting up knowledge systems, RAG pipelines, or vector search.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with infrastructure (Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Understanding of GDPR and data privacy implications.
• Project management experience (scoping, estimating, stakeholder management).
• Experience automating finance workflows (invoices, reconciliation).
• German language skills are a plus.
