What you will do

• Lead the implementation of scalable backend services and AI-native applications as a hands-on contributor.
• Act as the technical "special forces" across high-priority teams, solving complex architectural problems.
• Partner with PMs and ML engineers to turn experimental AI ideas into high-availability, production-grade services.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the AI pipeline, from data retrieval and ingestion to monitoring token usage, cost, and latency.
• Design and build complex conversational states, multi-agent communication protocols, and their supporting infrastructure.
• Champion engineering excellence and influence the organization's technical direction for AI development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Experience in backend software development, including previous experience in a Tech Lead or Staff Engineer capacity.
• Expert-level proficiency in GoLang in microservice architecture.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling AI-native applications in a production environment.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and high-concurrency systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM observability and evaluation frameworks (e.g., Langfuse, Arize Phoenix).
• Proven ability to optimize RAG pipelines for both latency and cost.
• Familiarity with building multi-agent workflows (e.g., using LangGraph, CrewAI).
• Experience building internal SDKs or libraries that help other engineering teams adopt AI features faster.
