What you will do

• Build a Unified Bidding Platform to streamline SEM campaign management and onboard existing and new marketing use cases.
• Lead and collaborate across Marketing MLS teams, Campaign Manager, and MLE, understanding goals and constraints.
• Actively contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, analysis, development, and deployment.
• Be hands-on while also guiding junior developers in building data pipelines and orchestrating bidding strategy and delivery.
• Lead sophisticated, multi-quarter initiatives and a broad portfolio of applications and services.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional, post-college software development experience in object-oriented languages.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on technologist and leader well versed at running complex, multi-quarter initiatives.
• Strong technical acumen and commitment to quality of engineering work and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and highly effective collaborator, supporting ideas with data.
