Salary: $160,000 - $250,000 base + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing engineering team fostering accountability and technical excellence
• Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps ensuring predictable delivery of complex data workflows
• Contribute hands-on by writing production code, performing code reviews, and designing scalable data integrations
• Coordinate with distributed teams across time zones for alignment on global priorities
• Mentor junior and senior engineers to advance their technical skills and careers

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• 8+ years in data platform development with 2+ years of formal people management or team leadership
• Proficiency in Python and data engineering, experience with data pipelines and cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Experience with PySpark and Databricks is a significant plus
• Strong agile methodology advocate and ability to manage stakeholder expectations globally
