What you will do
- Design and develop AI-driven features for the observability platform.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing product systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Identify AI opportunities and contribute insights to the product roadmap as a potential end user.
- Track emerging AI trends and technologies to keep the platform current.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Python or TypeScript and AI/ML frameworks.
- At least 5 years of backend engineering experience with Java, C#, Node, C++, or another additional programming language.
- At least 3 years of experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, and vector database solutions.
- Experience writing effective LLM prompts and building LLM-based product solutions.
- Strong system and architecture design skills, particularly for LLM-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and AI/LLM services, plus knowledge of agentic flows, RAG, model fine-tuning or distillation, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
Nice to have
- Experience working on a SaaS product.
- Experience working directly with customers and using customer feedback.
- Experience with observability, profiling, or remote debugging tools.
- Strong interest in AI and current industry trends.
