What you will do

• Lead workshops to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements with stakeholders.
• Define, document, and communicate clear business and functional requirements.
• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and process optimization.
• Diagnose system issues and draft resolution requirements; provide high-level user support.
• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven ability to communicate efficiently and clearly.
• Experience in information systems consulting and studies within large organizations.
• Practical handling of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Good knowledge of business process modelling and designing user interface mockups.
• English: C1 required.
