What you will do
- Take full responsibility for Google acquisition strategy, from research to scaling.
- Conduct competitive and market research, audience, funnel, keyword, and creative research.
- Set up, optimize, and scale demand generation campaigns.
- Develop hypotheses for A/B testing, analyze results, and implement rollouts.
- Build and automate campaign structures and workflows.
- Provide analytical insights reporting and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Google Ads.
- Strong experience managing Demand Gen campaigns.
- Professional use of Google Ads Editor.
- Experience working with Birch.
- A strong analytical mindset and data handling skills.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI for operational automation and testing.
- A strong understanding of product funnels and analytics.
- Experience building or improving acquisition processes.
- Familiarity with performance reporting and BI dashboards (e.g., Looker).
