What you will do

• Plan, launch, and manage mobile ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and video networks.
• Monitor key metrics to assess and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to design and test engaging ad content and strategies.
• Set budgets, forecast performance, and ensure campaigns stay on track.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and share actionable insights.
• Manage relationships with advertising platforms and media agencies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Proven track record in user acquisition and performance marketing.
• Several years of professional experience in the gaming/entertainment industry.
• Completed Bachelor's degree or MBA in marketing or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of marketing attribution and the customer development lifecycle (LTV measurement).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate in a remote environment.
